CONTEST RULES
Who Can Enter
1. To be eligible to participate in this contest, entrants must be
(a) Multiple e-mail addresses from the same IP is considered SPAMMING, and will not be acceptable. All entries will have their IP addresses monitored and recorded. Participants not adhering to these rules will be permanently deleted from our Giveaway.
2. Employees of Dynasty Records [and any other company sponsoring the contest], their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
How to Enter
1. Complete the entry form.
(a) Purchase of a Dynasty CD is required. Qualified entrants may enter as often as they wish (Limited to 1 entry per e-mail address per cd). All entries will have their IP addresses monitored and recorded. Multiple e-mail addresses from the same IP is considered SPAMMING. This will not be acceptable, and all entries from that IP address will be permanently deleted from our Giveaway.
(b) To enter, fill out the on-line contest entry form. Make sure you fill out the form with a valid e-mail address, and then purchase a Dynasty CD. This is the address we will use to advise the WINNER. If the information is incorrect, another randomly selected WINNER will be chosen. So, make sure to properly fill out the entry form.
(c) The contest starts on October 1, 2005 and all entries must be received by 8 p.m. PT on February 13th, 2006. Dynasty Records is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected mail errors.
(d) Winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries on February 14th, 2005. The WINNER will be notified by e-mail at the address given on the entry form.
The Prize
1. One winner will be selected at random.
2. Winner will be notified by e-mail. A return response via e-mail from the winner will be needed in order to ship the prize.
3. Failure to respond within 24 hours will constitute forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of Dynasty Records. Another winner will be drawn.
4. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for prizes.
5. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules.
6. Only one prize will be awarded.
7. Dynasty Records is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prizes.
9. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that Dynasty Records will have the right to publicize your name, and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.
10. By registering in our contest, you agree to receive promotional e-mail offers from Dynasty Records. You can at anytime unsubscribe from our mailings by clicking the unsubscribe link in our e-mails.
Odds of Winning/Miscellaneous
1. Odds of winning depend on the number of [correct] entries received.
